"Either a broker and agent are part of the problem or part of the solution. If you want to be the agent that 18 percent of 75 percent of homeobuyers in the U.S. finds online, you'll have a much better chance if you take the time to enhance your listings with photos...

In fact, you can use your prowess on the Net to knock your competition out of the running. The next listing presentation you go on, be sure to show your seller how you present listings online, and how quickly you get them to the marketplace. Then go to your browser and show your seller some of your competition's listings - how they've been on the market for four weeks with no photos, no enhancements, and no interest from buyers."

Designing websites since 1996, we noticed there was a need to simplify the tedious task of updating content. It was a difficult and expensive undertaking for service providers, such as Real Estate professionals, to maintain current data on their websites. A few years later we moved into the world of dynamic websites. These are websites that are database driven and can be updated by the site owner at any time. The problem was that one had to learn how to use the editing software which, although simple to use, was very time consuming. After creating dozens of sites for Real Estate Agents, we noticed that only a very small percentage were actually updating their content in a timely manner. Also, with the internet being such a visual experience, we noticed a need for more photographs on personal websites as well as the MLS. Even though the MLS allows for multiple photographs, agents don’t always have the time to take multiple pictures and upload them to the system.

Another issue we wanted to focus on was cost. Database driven sites were not only expensive to set up, but they usually cost more to host monthly. Without a steady source of income, agents were skeptical to sign expensive, long term hosting contracts without knowing what was in store for them that year.

After careful planning and the input from many Real Estate professionals, we finally found the magic formula combining ease of use, enhanced listings and price point. A website is similar to a billboard on a busy highway. You only have a few seconds to capture someone’s attention and serve them the information they were looking for. Our sites concentrate on what home buyers are looking for...listings. And since we handle the photography, you are not only assured to have a quality image every time, but all your listings will be updated that same day.
