We are offering Introductory pricing on PixPros account setup AND on scheduled photo shoots until June 1, 2004

Introductory 1 time $199 Setup Charge Includes:
  • Professionally designed personal listings website showcasing your listings
        o Personalized header with your picture, office name and contact information
        o Agent must supply any photos to be used
        o Once a design has been chosen we will customized it with your supplied information. If necessary we will allow for one round of changes to make any final adjustments.
        o If for any reason you decide to host your site elsewhere, you may take with you any HTML code and customized images used on your site. Although, we cannot guarantee functionality of the site outside of our servers.
        o For security and functionality reasons you may not upload any content or make any modifications to your site.
  • Purchase or transfer of 1 domain name for 1 year
        o Domains purchased will be registered under your name
        o We will never claim ownership to your domain name
        o Annual domain renewal fee is waived as long as you maintain service with PixPros
        o If you discontinue service with PixPros at any time, you still own the domain and can do with it as you wish
        o Transferred domains will require authorization from current domain administrator and we cannot be held responsible for non-compliance from current administrator.
        o Any fees owed or cancellation penalties assessed by current domain administrator are not the responsibility of PixPros. Please handle any outstanding balances before requesting domain transfers.
  • Personalized email
        o Includes up to 10 POP3 mail accounts with a total of 20MB combined limit.
        o If you decide to configure a standard POP3 account, we will offer email and telephone technical support to help you setup accounts in MS Outlook. Due to the infinite number of possible computer configurations we cannot guarantee successful configuration of your POP3 setup. In the event we cannot easily resolve your issue, we will recommend seeking other technical help to aide you in being able to setup a standard POP3 on your system.
        o Webmail is accessible from most PC's with an internet connection, running any web browser.

Introductory $49 per Listing Charge Includes:
  • 8 high quality standard or panoramic photographs of your listing
        o Picture may be used by you in any way and as many times as you choose.
        o Images will be print quality usable on your print material
        o A downloadable ZIP file containing all your images
        o Outdoor photos will be taken weather permitting
        o PixPros maintains the right to use and exhibit all pictures taken.
        o We will update images on your site by the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday.
        o Images will not be uploaded to your site until all listing data is live on the MLS

Errors and Cancellations
  • Any mistakes in setting up listing on your site due to PixPros' negligence will be corrected for free if brought to our attention within 30 days of posting data.
  • Any mistakes committed by PixPros in posting data and images to your site, brought to our attention past 30 days of its posting or of no fault of ours, may be subject to a correction fee.
  • Any photo shoot cancellations must be confirmed by phone at least 4 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Cancellations not made within the allotted time may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
  • If dissatisfied with the quality of the pictures, we will attempt to digitally color correct and adjust images. If unsuccessful, we will retake the same photos from the same locations at no extra charge.
  • If agent is not present during photo shoot, you may specify clearly IN WRITING any instructions to the photographer.
  • Any photos taken without the agent present, nor written instructions, will be taken solely at the photographer's discretion.
  • Any trouble accessing property due to security measures, no shows, vicious pets, etc, may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
